Karla Q. Leon is a London-based makeup artist, hairstylist, and hair sculptor known for her bold, radiant, and experimental approach to beauty. Born in Ecuador and raised in Belgium, Karla brings a unique cross-cultural lens to her work, blending Latin American heritage with a European sensibility.

She is a respected name on the international fashion and beauty circuits, having collaborated with globally recognized brands including Calvin Klein, Jo Malone, New Balance, Nike, and Flannels. Karla has also led creative teams at Fashion Weeks in London and Paris, notably for MAINS and 3.Paradis.

In 2023, she was nominated for the British Fashion Awards, a recognition of her outstanding contributions to contemporary fashion artistry. Later that year, she debuted her first solo art exhibition, “Para Ecuador con Amor,” in London — a deeply personal, mixed-media installation that explored identity, heritage, and beauty through hair sculpture and visual storytelling. The show marked a pivotal expansion of her practice into the realm of visual art.

Karla is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Dutch, and continues to work internationally across fashion, beauty, and art. She is represented by Saint Luke Artists and is the founder of La Cultur4, a platform dedicated to celebrating and amplifying Latinx creativity.
